At Center Mutual, we understand the unexpected happens. As an insured, you don't wish to file a claim, but sometimes its necessary.
Our goal is to make submitting a claim, as easy as possible for the insured. With a team of experienced adjusters who have years of knowledge behind them, your claim will be handled in a sufficient amount of time.

If you have an accident, please follow these steps:
- Notify Police Immediately
- Report all Accidents to your Agent/Company as soon as possible, obtain the following information:
- 1. Name, address, and telephone of each driver, passenger and witness
- 2. Name of Insurance Company and policy number of each vehicle involved.
- 3. Do not admit fault. Do not discuss the accident with anyone except your Agent/Company or Police.
- Your Agent and Company phone number will be on the back of your Vehicle ID card, property insurance, information is on your declaration pages.
